The reVIP Agent App: Agency Integrity in their Pocket
Â
The reVIP mobile app provides a zero-tech-friction, voice-native mobile interface designed specifically for field superintendents, project managers, agents, and construction executives operating on job sites or in transit.
Â
Utilizing Hands-Free Audio Field Intel, field personnel can query thousands of pages of architectural plans, spec books, submittal logs, contracts, and safety manuals entirely by voice without needing to navigate complex dashboards or return to the job trailer.
This capability reclaims 10 to 15 hours per week of dead “windshield time” spent driving between project locations or walking the site, turning travel into active productivity and saving 1.5 to 2 hours of job site office time daily.
Â
Beyond voice mobility, the app delivers instant on-site plan verification and conflict resolution, allowing field teams to resolve discrepancies between structural, architectural, and MEP drawings in seconds.
Â
Every retrieved answer is powered by reVIP’s Spatial Coordinate Citation Engine, which anchors responses to exact visual bounding boxes and X/Y spatial coordinates on original PDF drawings and spec sheets with zero AI hallucinations.
Â
This visual proof enables crews to verify installation tolerances, trade scopes, and custom buyer selections directly on the slab, preventing unbilled variance, costly rework, and margin erosion before work is executed.
